Our moderators are selected based on their willingness to help others combined with their ability to do so effectively. A moderator must be able to communicate in various ways because of the diversity of both our members and their questions. Because of this we expect them to be serious in the way they moderate, post on the forums, and help others. They also must show the ability to work as a team with the rest of the FlashDevils staff to improve our community.

All you have to do is be a helpful member of the forums and show that you are willing to contribute to the growth of our community, to make friends on the board and maintain it's quality high. We will notice an outstanding member soon enough and when we need a new staff member, we will contact you right away.
